Great Bison is a great company that rescued us last March when Our heat stopped working our 30 year old furnace just gave out. One phone call to Andy at Great Bison and they came out and replaced our furnace the installers were great. We called them today to check our thermostat and the came and did an adjustment on it and it seems to be working fine I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help with their heating or air-conditioning.
From the moment I contacted Great Bison I could tell from talking to the owner I found my new H&A company. Dealing with a smaller company means better customer care. Carson, the technician, was prompt, courteous, and explained his work. He told me what I should expect next time due to normal wear and tare.
