AC Floors did a fantastic job on our floors! We moved into a late 60’s house with beautiful wood floors beneath the old carpet but they desperately needed restoration and repairs. AC provided a quote within the same week we called and it came in at $1500-$2000 less than another company who quoted us. They had us scheduled shortly thereafter and the results are amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better deal in terms of budget, time to finish, and customer service.
I had a wonderful experience with getting carpet replaced with vinyl plank flooring in a room of my new house. I was able to get an estimate by sending pictures through email, and get it scheduled for the day before I moved in. I needed to use a specific flooring that I had purchased myself, and AC floors is one of the few places that will install flooring that wasn't purchased through them. Arthur was on time and had great communication through out the process. I am so happy with the results!
Every aspect of my experience with AC Floors was outstanding. The estimate was detailed and easy to understand, communication was excellent, and the finished floors look amazing. Renata and Arthur were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend AC Floors to anyone looking for high-quality floor refinishing services.
AC Floors did a fantastic job replacing the carpet in two bedrooms and closets with hardwood. The new flooring blends well with the existing flooring to the point you can’t tell where the old flooring meets the new. Their work was done in a timely manner and they were a pleasure to work with.
My experience with this company was very disappointing. The owner relies heavily on ChatGPT instead of demonstrating his own professional knowledge, which did not inspire confidence. During my experience, I also witnessed him treating his employees with very little respect. He was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional toward his staff.
