They took half a payment before job was done on a flooring and leveling job. Hadn’t even started this job and said there was another issue that was going to cost more money. After they were asked about this other issue the lady and the guy on the phone got upset and said they won’t start on it for free, meanwhile they had already been paid over 1,000 dollars to start and never did. In my opinion: They are the most unprofessional handymen I’ve dealt with ever. They come off very rude. I would strongly recommend you not give them half money up front if you have to use them. I wouldn’t use them if I was you. They didn’t do any work and have yet to give me my money back.
My husband lost a day's work to wait on them to show up. Never called, texted nothing to say they weren't coming.
