I have used Allison Creek Trailer Repair several times this year for different repair or maintenance jobs on my 11 year old trailer. The owner, Ms. Stacey, has been very helpful and responsive when I've spoken to her; and Matt in the shop has also been very responsive and patient when I've spoken to him about several issues I've had with my trailer. They have diagnosed several issues and repaired same when I mistakenly thought it may have been due to different issues. The fact that they are close by is an added plus.
Called the day of to have a boat trailer completely rewired and they got me in and out in just a few hours. I would highly recommend them.
I just needed yearly horse trailer maintenance. It was done in a timely manner and they texted me the invoice which I appreciated. Affordable service and no surprises. Very friendly. I will not hesitate to use them again.
