Called theses guys based on the 5 star reviews and wanted to leave a review so that someone doesn't get stuck with a $300 bill for 5 minutes of hosing off the condenser outside. Thanks to the tech, Sam, that showed at my house, said my outside unit was dirty, didn't tell me how much he was gonna charge for the 5 minute cleaning then when done tells me I can do this myself next time and handed me a bill for $300.
