I used AC back in 2020 for an EICR and remedial works - the gentleman that visited couldn’t have been more helpful, advising what was needed, doing the work and issuing the certificate. Simple. Good work. Fast forward to 2025 for the next EICR. To cut a long story short: they wouldn’t discuss until I’d paid, they quoted £135 to change a bulb *cover* and when challenged they changed their remedial quote from a couple of RCBOs to an entirely new fusebox (£900) citing a ‘change in regs’ - hmmm. We have been extremely impressed with AC Electrical Services. Colin has successfully carried out several very challenging tasks in our daughter's flat. He demonstrates extensive experience, knowledge and professionalism and has been so helpful all the way along. We are delighted with his work and we would very highly recommend Colin. Have used these guys a few times and so have a few famiily members. Unfortunately my recent job which should of taken 2 months at the most, ended up taking 6 months to finish. Also had a previous electrical job which they tried to resolve, but after a short period the problem returned. On contacting colin several times direct and through his receptionist georgia, they continued to ignore the issue.
