I rarely leave reviews, but this was by far the worst experience we've had. Craig came to fix our gate, couldn’t complete the job, didn’t see it through, and still charged us an unreasonable amount. We ended up paying just to never hear from him again. Also, be wary of anyone who leaves glowing reviews for themselves -note that Craig left a 5-star review for his own services. I strongly recommend staying away from this business. The experience felt exploitative and aggressive.
