3 guys came out to work on my project. The guys worked very quickly. The mess was minimal. They cleaned up after themselves. Timothy was such a hard worker, and it was scorching hot out that day. They were careful with not letting my pets out. Overall, they completed the job in 2 days instead of 3. Thank you for your integrity and professionalism.
The gentleman and the Customer Service women at AC Electric seemed very professional however, their technician left work undone and then when I called to notify AC Electric, they told me they’d send their technician back out, which they never did so I had to have someone else fix what they left undone and now I’m having other problems with my electrical system. The entire AC Electric team did a great job during the 3 days they were at my house. They removed my old natural gas furnace, installed a new electric heat pump system and replaced my very old fuse box with a 200 amp panel. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They worked efficiently and were careful to clean the site each day.
