WARRANTIES ARE NOT UPHELD. I bought brand new windows a little over a year ago and one is already fogged up. This is under warranty. After countless follow ups and even offers to call the manufacturer myself, I have been ghosted. I thought higher of you Justin. Especially after the initial awesome workmanship and service.

Well, my experience was awful. I called 3 times the first time, they denied that I called them. I talked with Kevin . Second and 3rd time I spoke with Duncan , he apologized for what happened. I got appointments, and they never showed up. I called for last time, and they never called me back. I don't know why you run a business like that, really.

I’m a local Lawn Service company here in Floral City I had a problem at a customers house where I broke a window that I had to get it replaced within a couple of days. This company came out the next day to measure the window out and had it fixed within three days. I highly recommend this company. They were very thoughtful, respectful, and courteous about my needs. I called them on Wednesday and they had the window fixed by Friday morning. I would recommend these people and I harpy
