Should have known better. Initial conversations were by text only and spotty just to get a quote for a window replacement. Described the dimensions and specifically the window had a UV glaze but getting a nominal quote. A&C came out and measured then gave a higher quote because it was second floor despite that being obvious in the photos provided.
