for the first time not pleased with the customer service. did not feel as though my concerns were addressed and felt dismissed when trying to explain my issue and concern. thinking about moving on.

4 or 5 times this year did nit pick up trash on the scheduled day. Called today so they could pick up the trash( that they didn't pick up on Tuesday) and after talking to the employee she said they would pick it up today. As of 6:24 p.m they did not pick up the trash. I NEVER EVER had this problem with Waste Management..

Requested a 2nd trash cart on 10/4 at City of Belen. Today is 10/17 and still have not received it after multiple phone calls to both the city and AC Disposal. How hard is it to deliver a trash can???? Very poor customer service. Received multiple assurances that it would be delivered and it was just to put me off apparently because they have not yet come thru. Very disappointed and annoyed at this company
This company is value driven. I love their customer Service and am unset that the county has taken them away from Jarales area.
