I wish I could put zero stars. I contacted AC/DC when I needed my Generac Generator serviced in September 2023. We hd a technician come out, after inspecting the generator and our electrical connections and hookups in the house, he explained its a motor issue and they would have to order some things through our warranty and that I should get a call in two weeks to schedule the servicing. I called back two and a Half weeks later, and was told that they were still waiting on an order for the parts they needed for our service.... read more
