Updating my review. Although they have communication issues John does good work. His electricians are ok but he had to come back out over a year later to fix an issue one of his techs did. As a small business owner I understand how hard it is to find good help and John came to fix the issue and so I’m updating my review. Thanks John.

John is terrific. Fixed my simple problem without making me feel like an idiot 😆 Already have more projects in mind to ask him to do

John is a good electrician, but I have to keep calling to get any response. Last year I paid for service to have my google nest thermostat installed, and he had his electrician come out. A year later I find out that she did not install it correctly. There was no power going into the thermostat, so the battery stopped working. I paid for the service and John comes out a year later says she didn't know and made the mistake of installing it without the power source. Made an appointment for 9-10 am a week ahead; at 11.10 still nobody showed up so I called and the answer was “ let me check with the technician, he should have been there”. I canceled the appointment, because I should have been notified if there would be a delay. I”ll find someone else to do the job.
