Called Jim & he diagnosed the problem in minutes. Called Centerpoint Energy to fix what Jim said. After that, Jim came back & went above and beyond fixing more than what the original issue was. He really knows what he is doing. On top of that, he is courteous, polite & highly professional. Glad a friend recommended him.

I've had AC/DC come out and do some small jobs for me in the past and they did a fairly good job. However, one of the projects we're doing this year is the complete re-wiring of our home. I called AC/DC and the owner, Jim Caughman, came out to give me a quote. I got the impression that while he was getting the information for what we wanted, it was a little over his head.
