I must be calling a different number than the rest of the reviewers. I called and immediately got their voicemail system where the robot played 20 questions with me trying to guess why I called. When both of us got frustrated enough, it transferred me to a human. They was very nice. I had two jobs one immediate and one I needed them to come look at to advise before proceeding. Came home from 2 weeks in sunny CA to a 44° house on a Friday night. Called Alex the next morning and he came out and quickly discovered a faulty motor. He pulled a few strings and was able to optimize his relationship with a supply house that is normally closed Saturdays and was able to get them to open up and secure the last motor they had in stock. He was back out that afternoon and we were at a comfortable 69° by 8:00. No crisis, no hero. Thanks Alex!
