My son Jimmy referred me to Angel and his team at AC Heating and Cooling. I had a great experience. From the first meeting they were professional, on time, and answered inquiries quickly. Angel coordinated the service for me and explained the process very well. He followed up to ensure our confirmation and sent his employees out fast! His employees really respected my property and furnace. They worked fast, cleaned up well, and went above and beyond after a couple of inconveniences that came up, they fixed them right away to ensure my system wouldn’t do it again Over all it went as smooth as possible and I will always keep using their services. I have hired AC Cooling and Heating three times now. Twice at my personal single family home in the suburbs, and once at a rental investment property in the city. At my personal home, they took care of a drainage issue that was causing my brand new furnace to short cycle. This was from a poor installation. During the service visit, the technician let me know that my whole system needs more supply and return registers. They were great. Our furnace broke down in the extreme cold and the next day they installed a new one and hauled the old one away.
