Sam came to me via my home warranty service. He was very respectful, honest and knowledgeable. He was very informative and gave me great tips for maintaining my Ac unit at premium running. He returned late at night to replace the faulty thermostat and had me up and running in no time flat. He’s honest and knowledgeable and I recommend this company. Very hard to find honest service providers who want to do the work and not upscale you expensive add on you don’t need!
Darrel and Campbell did an outstanding job fixing our AC! Our system wasn’t blowing cold air, and it turned out the drain line needed work and the filter needed changing amongst other things. They arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the issue, and got everything sorted efficiently. They were both professional, knowledgeable, and really easy to talk to. The gentleman from AC cool was the first one that actually told me the compressor is not working. Which means a new unit must be installed. There were three or four guys before him who kept throwing the BS around. This guy has been upfront from the beginning. I would recommend very highly.
