I had a very disappointing experience with AC Contracting Inc. through the Save on Energy Program. They left my LED lighting installation incomplete and mismatched, failing to install three panels as planned. Despite this, they kept invoicing me for wiring work, even though I made it clear I would pay once the job was finished. They ignored my concerns and failed to provide a resolution. Great service and very experienced staff, we had ceiling lights changed and a cooler AC fans upgraded and the team made sure that everything was done properly.
I would never use this company nor recommend them to anyone. The owner is arrogant, defiant and not service orientated at all. He walked off the job he was supposed to do for us after arguing with me. It almost felt like he was going to punch me. I wasn't scared as I would have called the police however I had a very uneasy feeling. He doesn't seem to know who the customer is! Never call them for anything!
AC Contracting came into my business to replace lights through the Save on Energy program, so I did not choose them as they were and maybe still are contracted by the program. The individual that installed the lights did not anchor them into the ceiling at all, he used these short tiny screws with no drywall anchor into the drywall and did not hit the stud in any way.
