Edit, two years later... Now that I'm a member, two years have gone by, and part of the problem may be that I'm calling during the holidays, all I seem to get is an answering service that reads from a script, doesn't know any answers, and their 'sales team' is never available. Thankfully it's not a system issue; I just need to pay off my plan because I'm selling my house. Original review: Great service, great products, great pricing, and great people!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Great service with extremely knowledgeable technicians. Given this extreme heat here in Houston, I needed to perform maintenance. My wife and I explained our issues and the technician provided insight and made changes to the zone dampners to increase flow to our bedroom.
