Really disappointed with my visit today. After the wash, my front passenger mat was missing and no one helped properly. Staff attitude was very rude, and the waiting area wasn’t even usable. Expected basic respect and service, but didn’t get either.

This place is a dumpster fire. The waiting room is the kind of place you’d design to get prisoners to give up state secrets. It's filthy. The lighting isn’t quite as nice as you’d find at the DMV. There was a TV blasting some celebrity gossip show, and an employee shouting into her cell phone – presumably so she could be heard over the blaring TV.
