Just finished having the head spa treatment with my sister and boy did we have two different experiences! The woman who gave me mine, aggressively tried to combed the knots out, which she created while shampooing. She only used the special halo sprayer that we all think would be the main part of the treatment, once for a few seconds. Once she realized that my hair was difficult to comb out, she completely gave up after spanking my hair with a comb and banging it against the glass sink.
