Doug at the New Britain office was very communicative during the whole process. They made the process of dealing with an insurance claim extremely easy. The work was fantastic and my truck was never cleaner inside and out when I got it back. I would recommend them to anyone that would need the services they offer. It was nice working with people that just did their job.
AC Automotive did a great job with 2 repairs. I was unfortunate enough to get hit by 2 cars within 3 weeks (Mazda CX-5 and Ford F-150), and I used AC Automotive for both. They coordinated with the insurance company directly, and I did not need to get involved. I received regular updates by phone and text on the status of the repair. The repairs are great, and my F-150 looks better than it did before the accident!
