The team at an Auto Emporium of Western NY were fantastic to deal with and super helpful. They were able to help my daughter find and get the exact car she’d was looking for at a very reasonable price. David was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable with everything. They made the experience for my daughter, a first time car buyer, go very smoothly!
Bought a car from Gina which when I test drove the car I told her the brakes needed to be replaced. When I picked the car up she stated they cleaned the brakes and they was good to go. Truth be told it was the rotors that needed to be replaced, one tire had a nail in it another had a plug, the oil pan was rusted. The very next day of me having the vehicle all my lights came on so took it to Mr tires who discovered that the car was not supposed to pass inspection to be sold (obviously they reset everything so it can pass). We are very happy with the service at AC Auto Plex. Gina is very honest and trustworthy. She makes sure everything is ok with your car. We highly recommend AC Auto and will be back.
Wouldn't even give 1 star. Gina is a crook and is known as being one. Bought a car under the agreement everything would be fixed before driving away and nothing was fixed. She refused to fix it once i took possession..she refused my calls and emails.. BUYERS BEWARE
