Great services here and great customer response
I had an appointment but no one was in the office at the time I was scheduled. I waited 15 minutes. Called the office number and knocked on shop door several times (could hear people on the other side) Finally someone came and asked if they could help me. I said, yes, I had an appointment. He looked disgusted and shook his head and without saying another word, went back in shop and closed the door. I stood there for a while and finally decided to just leave. Absolutely NO customer service or courtesy!
They dont pay attention at all to the info they put in the system. They got the name and VIN number wrong and when I called them to update the system because I cant tag the car they hanged up on me and all the other calls went to voicemail. If you have other choice, just skip this place.
Great shop and highly recommended for MD Inspection!
