Martin and Mike from start to finish were organised, punctual, polite and friendly. Their quote is clear and simple to understand with no hidden extras. I would definitely recommend them if anyone is thinking of having Air conditioning installed...it definitely does make a difference especially in the heatwaves.
I moved into a new property with A/C already installed. Martin and Mike attended to have a look at the unit which I genuinely thought was going to need replacing. Not only did they get it working, they moved the unit, tidied all the cabling taking pride in the work, performed a load of tests and gave it a full service. On top of all that they gave really good advice. Highly recommended.
Absolutely flawless experience with Martin and Mike from start to finish. I'll echo everything in the other reviews here - the solid 5-star rating is well-deserved. Take it from a couple of sleep-deprived new parents who didn't expect "get nursery AC" to be the easiest item on our to-do list this year.
Friendly, cheerful and efficient team, Martin and Mike gave me great advice compared to other installers before I made the decision to have them in to fit the AC unit. Prompt/on time, Installation was quick and complete in half a day which was great, they made no mess and took me through the workings of the unit on completion.
