I would not recommend using them at all, especially for the helicopter tug. I spoke with them at Verticon this year and explained the ongoing issues I’ve had with the rollers. The rollers don’t last even six months—I’ve had to replace them 3 or 4 times in the two years I’ve owned the tug. They really need to redesign that part instead of continuing to sell replacement parts for a known issue. Absolutely amazing craftsmanship on this tug! Arrived quickly very well packaged and labeled! Works amazing and super simple to use, adjust, and maintain! Customer service was beyond exceptional! Very friendly and super helpful in finding the right model for me. Thank you for a better than ever experience! Will be recommending to all my flying friends!

Fantastic product that makes operations much easier, and even better customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend their tugs.
Brought our tug in to get new tracks. Quick & efficient work, we were in and out in an hour. The young lady reps were easy to talk to. All other employees were friendly as well! They allowed our dog to roam around (within reason) getting pets from everybody. Gave me a tour of the facility. Thanks for being awesome!
