Recently got my eyebrows threaded, and the stylist did a wonderful job. I was out of it and didn't even tell her how I specifically like them, and she shaped them beautifully to fit my face. I will be a regular from now on.
The actual service here is good, but the overall experience and customer management are incredibly frustrating. I will give credit where it's due: the technical quality of the work is fine, which is the only reason this isn't a 1-star review. However, the unprofessional way they handle appointments and treat customers makes it hard to recommend.
