We had hail damage from March of 2023, I took our vehicle to get an estimate and was told it would take a minute to get parts in and that was fine. Finally they called me that the parts were in but once I took the truck, they realized they had made a mistake where the correct parts were not ordered and that they had to order additional parts as well that took over three months to come in. That was fine too. Finally they had the necessary parts and my husband wanted additional work on his truck that we paid out of pocket for.... read more
