would give 0 if possible. The management is horrible. Greg the warehouse manager has no knowledge of what a manager should be like. he always has to have the work exactly the way he wants it, not how it should be done. I worked there for 2 months as a painter and only painted 3 things just to have him come to me and say I cant paint were letting you go. Former employee here! Super unfortunate experience on my end. Worked here for not that long. Was hired on and super excited! But as soon as I got to the company on my first day I felt an immediate shift that I was not wanted there. I've worked with ABW for about 20 years and have found them to be one of the best companies to work with. Their employees are all knowledgeable, kind and conscientious. I've worked with everyone from upper management to welders, project managers and receiving and they are all great to work with!
