Bought an Abus lock from Amazon, and noticed an issue with the weather cover on the lock. Abus took care of me promptly. Really great customer service. Our family only uses Abus Granit series locks for our bicycles. I trust their brand, their design, manufacteur (Made in Germany), and customer service. They stand behind their products and made things right for us.
Used one of their Steel security locks for my garage and after 3-months it failed and would not lock after being opened Have yet to have any successful resolution from ABUS. This lock, the 83WP Extreme model, was an expensive lock (for me) at over $120 dollars.
Ordered an Abus Aventor helmet on Wednesday and received it on Friday. Amazing customer service and the hand written note from Ashley was a nice touch.
