I contacted this company on a Sunday due to my heating system repeatedly turning on and off. A technician came out that afternoon and advised that replacing the filter would fix the issue. I followed this recommendation, but the problem returned the very next day. When I called the company back, I was told to contact a Trane dealer for a part, yet no specific part was ever identified or discussed during the service visit.
