Be careful going to this shop It is poorly ran by a bunch of high school students and very unprofessional. Nobody is in uniform nor do they have steel toes on. The shop was Very messy shop and Everything was unorganized workers didn’t know where their tools were running around like chickens with their heads, cut off, including the owner very poor customer service I told one of them that I did not want my filter changed and they would not stop pressuring and pushing to get that sale
One of the biggest scammers ever Ali Awad has his workers charge you for a full bottle of Lucas and he tells his workers to only pour half of it in your vehicle So he makes more $ very sad That he would do his paying customers like that I would never recommend a motor flush there he tells you motor flush and he puts a cap full of the so called “motor flush” when it’s supposed to be 2/4 of the bottle He will Also have his workers recommend a bunch of things that are not needed such as air filters, cabin, air filters, coolant ... read more
I got told my oil was overdue when I was 3000 km early. They tried to sell me motor flush and they told me my oil pan was leaking and my transmission needed to be flush. I bought it to my mechanic. He took a look at my transmission fluid told me it looked great. I had no leak on my oil pan The shop is just out for money. I would be careful going here. It’s one of the only drive-through shops in Amherst so he’s gonna try to rip you off just to stay a float. Just be careful everybody. Looking out for the town on amherstburg
They installed the wrong size oil filter on my Challenger which was causing an oil leak. Would never recommend this place and I definitely won’t be going back.
