Do not by the Groupon for this place, I called to try and set up an appointment. They tell me it is for a group setting and they would call me back. Been a week and still have not heard from them. What a waste of $59.

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Did this provider show attention to detail? No, I was afraid they were going to forget something important Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? No, they didn't even attempt to explain Does this provider give unbiased advice? No. I didn't trust their motives. Did this provider have reasonable prices? No, it was expensive.

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything Were the staff members able to answer your questions? The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions Did this provider show attention to detail? Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes
