Bridget helps you mentally and physically. She is kind and caring. She has helped me through some very stressful times in my life. You can walk in there stressed, sad or angry. When you walk out you feel relaxed, peaceful and whole. I was injured 21yrs ago. I have a permanent limp and pain. Some days I can barely walk in with knee and back problems. I highly recommend Bridget as an acupuncturist. She is caring, good at listening, and intuitive. I always feel so much better following sessions. I love that she also has a sound table option during treatment which can add to the experience.
I’m not new to acupuncture. I found Abundant Wellness over two years ago after my old acupuncturist moved away. Bridget is excellent! Her principles are similar to my old acupuncturist. Sessions with Bridget are never wam-bam-thank you ma’am. Rather they’re conversational and insightful. Bridget cares about the whole body; mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects. This was my very first acupuncture facial and I can’t be happier with the whole experience with Bridget. She was very gentle and thorough with explaining the process and I was super relaxed. Best part, my skin looked amazing after and I slept so well that night!! I highly recommend her! 10/10.
Abundant Wellness Acupuncture has really changed my mental and physical well being - Bridget provides such a calming and trusting presence, as does the treatment space. Her intuition is always right on, and when she suggests the bioacoustic mat or flower essence, etc., to go with my acupuncture treatment, its exactly what I didn't know I needed. Would recommend 10/10 times to anyone and everyone, beginners or veterans.
