I don't know where to start or explain the amount of gratitude I have for this young man. I suffer with a few anxiety stemming from a childhood prank. Jay is amazing. Wise beyond his years. He helps with the right now tools of it all and uses techniques to equip you with what you need to not only meet your goals but also how to actually put them in action. He gets you to ready vs just getting ready.
