Lack of communication and work ethic
I purchased a electric wheelchair from here with no problem. Second time I came to get a new battery for the electric wheelchair. They told me the battery has to be opened by a tech.so I left the battery with them and they said to come back in two days When the tech would be there. When we came back we were told tech was not there and we had to pay more money than what were qouted. I was upset and the guy was so rude. I would not go there again if they can't themselves together. Very rude !
I wanted to write about my experience with Abundant Life Medical Equipment since they went above and beyond to help me get my grandmothers oxygen tank refilled when I literally called like 4 other places and said they couldn't help me with my problem. (Aerocare Home Medical Equipment in Mesquite/Dallas area just gave me the runaround with no alternative because "we weren't their customers").
