Amazing!!! Joann is incredible. Caring, loves what she does. Up front and honest about everything. Makes you feel welcome, but also gives you the freedom to tell her if she isn't the right fit for you. Couldn't ask for anything better for my first counselor. I know I've already been starting to see improvements, and will be able to handle so much more of what life throws at me. An answered prayer!
