I called on Thursday about a leaky solar gasket. Bill came out on Saturday to fix it and we were so appreciative that someone worked on weekends. Thank you!
I have the same problem as Sheila B. I can never get in touch with them. Took weeks before I could get someone on the phone. Need them here because solar for pool wouldn't come on. $645 later it worked but 2 weeks later I am calling for days and days...seems now the solar won't come on and my salt generator they installed is not working either. Phone goes right to messages. Are they still open?
I have been trying to get a repairman to fix the control box for the solar panels that heat my pool. I have placed 6 phone calls and left messages. I did get a person once who sounded like he was falling asleep and he assured me he would get back to me to schedule service. Needless to say, I have had no call! My only alternative seems to be to go to their offices in person. Perhaps then I can get this resolved. Worse customer service I have EVER experienced!
Abundant Energy is a truly honest, professional company. They installed my solar power for my pool 13years ago. Price was good, installed that week and they work great. Total maintenance in the13 years less than $400. That's less then $35 per year to use my pool all year round keeping the temperature above 86.
