Bill sent out a crew quickly to replace my solar hot water heater. I felt good about the price and service. They offer preventative maintenance on the heater but were supportive to teach me how I may perform it on my own, if I want to. I think it is smart to work with a company that specializes in solar when I have solar equipment needs.
Abundant Energy worked with Planet Solar Solutions. It took almost 2 years to get work done. Customer service was very bad. Sometimes it would take several weeks for reply. At the end I lost over a year of manufacturer's warranty time due to their inadequate work. I would not recommend this comapny.
