Heather is hands down the best massage therapist I have seen. She is professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and kind. I highly recommend her for prenatal, post-natal, and beyond (my kids are teens and I still go to Heather!)
Heather has taken such great care of me starting post-partum after I had so much epidural pain in my neck and back, to today when she is helping me with digestion issues and jaw pain. She’s so thoughtful in her approach and gives the best massage. I feel like she listens to what is really hurting in my body and helps me feel so much better. 10/10 recommend her services!
I’ve been seeing Heather for over 4 years now. She’s hands down the best massage therapist I’ve seen in decades and across multiple cities. Her care goes beyond the massage table as well. She provides holistic suggestions for my well-being, which was particularly helpful as I was navigating postpartum as a first-time mom and experiencing all sorts of new things in my body. Seeing Heather for regular massage is - both physically and mentally - an absolute highlight of my month!
Heather is an experienced and gifted massage therapist! She finds the areas that need some TLC and makes them all feel so much better. Her background in functional movement means her depth of knowledge relating to the body runs deep and you can feel it! My neck, shoulders, hips and even my sacrum got some love today and my body was so relaxed after my massage. 5 stars for sure!
Heather is awesome! You can absolutely feel the care and skill in her work. After a challenging labor & delivery, she has really been helping me relax and heal during the postpartum phase.
