Heather is an experienced and gifted massage therapist! She finds the areas that need some TLC and makes them all feel so much better. Her background in functional movement means her depth of knowledge relating to the body runs deep and you can feel it! My neck, shoulders, hips and even my sacrum got some love today and my body was so relaxed after my massage. 5 stars for sure!
Heather is awesome! You can absolutely feel the care and skill in her work. After a challenging labor & delivery, she has really been helping me relax and heal during the postpartum phase.
Hands down the BEST investment of time and money I made during pregnancy. During pregnancy so much change is happening in our bodies and we begin to feel that weight in so many different areas.
