I have used Dr. Waller off and on for over 15 years. I switched to another vet full time because we had a pony and it was stabled near Cumming where we have access to 24/7 vet. But in all these years, he as treated me and my animals with care and diligence. I am not some idiot, I not only have medical training but over 24 years experience breeding dogs (show/work not back yard breeding!) and rescue. I was a kennel tech at the Petland on George Busbee Dr for about two months. I had to quit shortly after being hired because the absolutely horrid conditions the dogs were in and the way they were treated. However, that is an whole different subject entirely. Petland uses Dr. Waller from Abundant Animal Care as their vet and refers all of their customers to him. I have had the unpleasant experience of working with him directly. The whole place is so gross and unsanitary inside and out. The whole office stinks and looks like it has never been cleaned. There was blood on the exam room door. Who knows what it looks like behind closed doors where they perform procedures on poor animals. The staff was so rude and the vet seemed completely incompetent. The whole place is a joke and should be investigated. How they are in business is a mystery to me. Seriously this place is dangerous and no animal should be trusted to their care.

Thank you to Dr Waller and all the staff at Abundant Care Animal Hospital.. Thank you to Sandra for taking the time to talk to me every time I called to check on our German Shepherd dog, Jack, when he was bitten by a poisonous snake. I will never go anywhere else! This doc and his loving, caring staff kept Jack for 6 days and treated him like he was their own family pet. I cannot say enough good things about them! This is the place that puts animals first and doesn't bankrupt you in the process. Thank you!

I read all of the horrible reviews then called the pet shop who recommended him. They reassured me that he was a good vet but customer service was not their priority. They are a bit rough when it comes to service but their care for my puppy was great & that's all that matters.

A bit unorthodox, but great nonetheless. The office isn't fancy and the Dr isn't really into you. He concentrates almost all of his attention on the animal. He does not do 1000 and one expensive tests for every little problem. He instead takes a more conservative approach. Thing is, he is usually right. No appointments are needed for shots or worming. Just bring in your pet and they'll do it in the waiting room. Only 10.00 a shot and 10.00 a worming....can't really beat that. Don't expect alot of bells or whistles....and don... read more

If you want a vet who cares about your animals, then go see Dr Waller. Yes I agree the office is not as organized but his office staff has been there forever and they know you by name and are always helpful, with a little patience on your part. Dr Waller sees all types of animals, which is cool but I only have dogs. My family and I have been seeing him for about 12 years now! I wouldnt change vets for anything!
