Went to first session at this office. Found experience with therapist to be heavily corporate regimen of paperwork and policies being more of priority vs establishing connection with client.

Therapy has truly changed my life for the better. It has given me a safe place to work through difficult emotions, learn healthy coping skills, and better understand myself.
