I came here for self care day. They were running a $60 weekend special on certain styles. I got a silk press by Shanna. She was nice and did a great job on my hair. I will be back to get my protein treatment. I needed my ends clipped and she didn't get scissor happy! The shop was nice, quiet, and peaceful.
Book an appointment with Shanna Marie for a deep conditioning treatment for my daughter. 30 minutes before the appointment I sent a message advising that I was going to be 30 minutes late. They refuse to accommodate us and wouldn’t reimburse the advanced money paid to hold the appointment. Her tone was rude and clearly she didn’t appreciate our business. Will never use this establishment nor recommend it. I rather spend my money where I will be appreciated.
Crystal was great very sweet and she was fast. Shanna was very nice I am coming back!
