SCAMMERS-do not do what they say-my niece asked for phone call before any work was done to her pet-they said no problem-then called after work was done NOT before. Bill was 2 1/2 times the initial estimate she got over the phone. They had her sign an authorization form when she dropped off her pet but they told her it was just a form that provided basic information. They provided unnecessary services to her pet and refused to give him back to her unless she paid their ridiculous bill. Will be reporting them to every agency p... read more
