Very disappointing experience with ABU Gutters Coastal Bend. The owner was never present during installation, we ended up with visible fascia/trim damage, bent materials, and multiple workmanship concerns after the gutters were installed. When the damage was brought up, we were told it was “not a big deal” and an “easy fix.” We were also told final payment would not be collected until we were satisfied with the work.
