We really can't recommend them more highly. Great professional installation with our energy-efficient replacement windows on our circa 1964 house here in Abilene, 10 windows along with replacing a large bay 9' x 6' bay window with three window panels. Foam sealed the window around the frames, great job caulking as well. With the Covid situation, there were supply chain delays, but as soon as they received the windows Randy was on-site in a couple of days and completed the work. Wonderful customer service-arrived on time to give a very reasonable estimate and spent lots of time answering my questions. The window installation was completed in one day, and great clean up when the job was done. I would highly recommend ABTEX windows.
RecommendedThis is only two of 6 windows that ABTEX installed for me on 5/21/20. I couldn’t be more pleased with the windows or the prompt and courteous service from Randy. I live in Brownwood and tried getting bids from several local contractors but to no avail. Looked on internet for window installers, ABTEX WINDOWS came up. I gave Randy a call and within 5 days he was here giving me a quote and ordering windows and 3 1/2 weeks later they were here and installing windows!! I called ABTEX (Randy) about a cracked window pane in my house. All the other bigger names window & glass folks in Abilene told me they couldn’t do it. Randy came out the next day and measured the window. I’m not using Randy to replace the window because he gave me the number of another glass company that could replace the single pane rather than the entire window.
