Had a great experience two Saturdays ago, myself and my mechanic couldn't get the sound to work on my new headunit, turned out to be very difficult for us, lol. Booked in here for Saturday 9am, done by 1pm.. fast, good fair pricing and great customer service by the women behind the counter, jenn I think her name was. And also the technician that fixed the problem! Will be back ina few weeks Many thanks guys!
Walked in at 11:30 on Thursday. Lady behind the table barely lifted her eyes from her computer as she enquired what I was after. Told her I was on the hunt for a new turntable and gave some very basic specs. She sent me into their AV room and mumbled something about an expert. Only 1 TT on display. Waited a good 5mins watching “Die Hard” (wrong time of year). Nobody came to chat so I left. Maybe I went to the incorrect store for my requirements.
-Abtec very supportive & great to get electrical work done there. -Owner (Angus) often around & gives great advice. -Working flux capacitor in shop (just don't change the target time from present lol) -They do a good job

Awesome lady helped me find the right mic for my head unit and gave me some tips on how I could install it myself through the back, was able to hook it up with no issues. Thank you girl!
