Sold my home and was there for 1/2 a month and they are charging me a full month. They are also charging the new home owner a full month. When my husband talked to the company they were aware they were double dipping and apparently okay with it. Nice to take advantage of people during a pandemic! May be a small amount to them but to average Joe's it's a lot. Now I pay for water in my new home and for one I am not living in!
shouldn't charge $5 monthly for billing if I pay 5 months at a time ! 4months for NO BILL to be mailed out !
Between ABT AND Squaw Creek Village in Marion Ia.. OVER CHARGING FOR WATER..FEES ON TOP OF FEES.

fees for paying online are ridiculous. I was charged 4.00 to pay 150.00 bill. In this day and age most places do not charge to pay online. late fees are beyond what they should be too. They take advantage of low income and profit from it.

While most residents mail in a check or money order to pay their water bills, ABT is happy to offer online payment as an alternative for customers who wish to make instantaneous payments. The convenience fee we charge goes towards offsetting the card processing fee we incur as a result of the payment.
