If you've never bought a wig before, PASS. If you need help in wig measurements, PASS. Help with wig style/color? PASS. Even though they say they specialize in 'hair replacement,' wigs are not one of their specialties. They have very little wig inventory. Once I said I had androgenetic alopecia, all bets were off. The less than supportive associate never offered help other than to touch a few wigs. I asked all the questions and got minimal answers.
