Contacted Abstract after a recent window installation from another company went totally awry. Spoke with Dimitar on the phone and explained my situation and was looking for a second opinion on the installation. The best contractor I've worked so far in the Bay Area, there's a reason why this company is Diamond certified. Dimitar, owner, went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the installation and most importantly, making sure all work was done properly to pass inspection. Our city inspectors tend to overpick and make things difficult for contractors so I really appreciate Dimitars patience in this whole process. Amazing service and they stand by their products and installation years after the fact. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Sadly Dimitar is not good with senior citizens. He does not handle himself professionally when he is wrong in a transaction. He hangs up the phone on his customers and is simply rude when he gets stressed. I have worked with Dimitar for TWO transactions through Lowe's and unfortunately, I had to cancel my $8000.00 Milgard order today because my senior citizen mother was deeply hurt by Dimitars unprofessional attitude and insults.
Very professional team! We had our windows replacement for the whole building done , I'm impressed with the professionalism and quality of work! Strongly recommended, we also got better price on windows through Abstract windows than we got at ather companies.
