I bought a property a few years ago and they ended up putting my name wrong on the deed, which is now causing tons Of headache to get fixed now that I’m trying to sell the property. Definitely would recommend folks Considering other options As I would not want this to happen to anyone else!
I have closed with Abstract and Title Services a handful of times. They truly provide top-notch service. Would not take my business anywhere else! Best title agency in North Florida.
Owner Mike is not good to his customers and seemingly not his staff either. Check yelp reviews for actual reviews, only 1 star from all on there. I would not recommend this place at all for services. Would not give even one star if possible.
